I’m Charnell Gulley, RN—a registered nurse, founder and CEO of HER Nursing Empire®, certified AI consultant, educator, and international speaker.
My professional journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant, progressed to Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse, and advanced into nursing leadership, including Assistant Director of Nursing and director-level roles.
With nearly 15 years of healthcare experience, my background spans direct patient care, supervision, infection prevention, staff development, clinical operations, and organizational leadership.
Today, I apply that experience across healthcare, business development, professional education, and responsible artificial intelligence.
My training includes a CPD-accredited AI Consultant Certification. My approach draws on operational experience, structured decision-making, practical education, and thoughtful technology adoption.
As the founder of HER Nursing Empire®, I’ve developed educational resources and programs focused on nursing readiness, professional development, and entrepreneurship.

Includes a 30-minute follow-up call approximately two weeks later. Client preparation is required, and third-party subscriptions or domain costs are separate.
